Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your piece. If you are not, you may return an item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Returns are handled on an individual basis. To start one, email us at hello@botella.studio.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, except when an item arrives damaged or not as described.

If your order arrives broken, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Custom installations and made-to-order pieces are final sale.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
