Shipping policy
Every piece is packed by hand for transit and shipped with a tracked courier, usually DHL Express. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order leaves our studio.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within one to two weeks of purchase. This includes a few days to prepare and pack each bottle, and the courier's transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and customs clearance can occasionally add a few days.
Shipping rates
One flat rate per order, regardless of how many pieces it contains.
- United States and Canada: $23
- European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland: $35
- Rest of the world: $35
Duties and taxes
- United States. Import duties are covered by us. There is nothing further to pay on delivery.
- European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland. Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. There is nothing further to pay on delivery.
- All other destinations, including Canada. Import duties and taxes are not included in the price. They may be collected by the courier on delivery and are the recipient's responsibility.
If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the duties were refused, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from any refund.
Damage in transit
If a piece arrives broken, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
Installations and trade orders
Installation and trade orders are shipped separately, with freight quoted for each project.
