La Cristalina Emerald Vintage Argentine Seltzer Bottle, 800 cc

A vintage Argentine soda siphon in emerald green glass, c. 1930s–40s, from La Cristalina, a sodería in Villa Devoto, Buenos Aires.

A diamond pattern is molded across the entire bottle. At its center, the glass reads: La Cristalina, Soda, Folco y Lozza, Pedro Morán 3542, Villa Devoto. The number 48 sits at the shoulder. The metal head also carries the sodería's name and address, so the bottle could always find its way back to the sodería that filled it.

It holds 800 cc, slightly smaller than the classic one-liter siphon.

Original glass and head, hand-restored in Buenos Aires. There is only one.
